Returns and Exchanges


We hope you are delighted with your order from myspike.co.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to process a refund. All returns must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and returned with all of the original packaging.


  1. Package the item being returned securely and place the address label that is provided on the delivery note on the outside.
  2. All returns must be in the condition in which they were received; unused, undamaged, unopened and returned with any labels still attached and all of the original packaging. If the products are not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
  3. Please note postage costs are not included in the delivery note and will need to be added, we suggest you request tracking information when you send your items as without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.
  1. All refunds should be processed within 7-10 days of the item being received at our offices. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@myspike.co.uk with tracking information for the return so we can investigate.
  1. Unfortunately we are only able to refund items brought from myspike.co.uk, mySpike and mySpice products purchased from other retailers should be returned to them directly.


If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team on hello@myspike.co.uk , We will send you a pre-paid returns label and replace the item you have ordered.
