All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, EVRi or a delivery partner local to you
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed over the weekend and Bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
UK Flat rate £2.90 – , For international deliveries costs will be calculated based on weight - you will be advised during checkout
Europe Royal Mail International Standard starts at £4.99, this is variable and will be scaled based on weight
Delivery charges to the USA will be increasing from 1st July 2020 – this is out of our control and is being dictated by UPU (Universal Postal Union). The method countries use to set their postal rates has changed.

Destinations Outside of the UK
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by mySpike (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
If you are placing an order from outside of the UK you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. You will be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country. myspike.co.uk is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by myspike.co.uk in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.
The couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.
Please Note: Orders to P.O Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
mySpike Commitment to you
We will endeavour to dispatch goods as promptly as possible. The normal maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 24 hours.
