Ingredients

1 kilo Lamb or Chicken

2 tablespoons mySpike Universal Kebab Seasoning

1 tablespoon mySpike Sumac Seasoning

1 Tablespoon yogurt

1 table spoon rapeseed oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Squeeze some Lemon Juice

Optional

Green Chillis

Mixed herbs

Method

  1. Have the meat cut into cubes
  2. In a bowl add your yogurt and all the seasoning, taste and flavour to your taste
  3. Add your meat and give it a good mix and make sure you marinate has covered all the meat.
  4. I marinated mine for about 4 hours you can leave overnight if you want.
  5. Preheat your air fryer and mySpike the meats, our was cooked perfectly in 12 mins. Each air fryer can vary.
