mySpike Lamb and Brazilian mySpike seasoning

Ingredients
1 Leg of Lamb
4 Tablespoons Rapeseed oil
2 Tablespoon Yoghurt
3 garlic cloves crushed
mySpike Brazilian Churrasco Seasoning
Lemon
Handful Coriander (optional)
Chiilies (optional)
Season to taste
Method

Method – pre heat the oven 180c/ or BBQ

Freeze the lamb for a few hours so it becomes tough

Debone the Lamb and then slice into thin slices this should be easy to do as its tough. Leave this to rest on the side

In a separate bowl add your yoghurt, garlic, oil and mySpike Brazilian Seasoning

Give it a good mix and taste, you may need to add more seasoning as meat does soak up a lot of flavour especially if you’re marinating overnight

Add your meat and mix so the flavour gets all over.

Squeeze ¼ of some lemon and mix again

Then leave to marinate, I left mine overnight.

Place in the oven/ BBQ for about 1 hour. Let it cook away nicely and check before serving.
